Content Moderation Policy

Last updated: 7 May 2026

This Content Moderation Policy explains how Nexvy (the "Service") keeps generated content within the limits of our Acceptable Use Policy, how users can report content, and how we enforce our rules. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Automated screening

Generation requests on Nexvy are processed through third-party AI providers that apply their own safety systems. Requests those systems flag as unsafe (for example sexual content involving minors, or other policy-violating prompts) are automatically blocked, the generation fails, and any reserved credits are refunded.

These provider-side filters operate across our image, video, audio, music, and text tools. We do not disable or bypass provider safety controls.

2. Reporting content

Every generated result in the app has a "Report" action that sends the item to our moderation team for review. You can also email [email protected] with a description and a link or screenshot.

Please include enough detail to identify the content and the reason for your report. Reports of child sexual abuse material are treated with the highest priority.

3. Review and timing

We review reports and aim to act on clear violations promptly, typically within a few business days. Reports involving child sexual abuse material or imminent harm are actioned as quickly as possible.

We may temporarily restrict access to reported content while a review is in progress.

4. Enforcement actions

Depending on the severity and history of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • remove or disable access to the offending content;
  • issue a warning to the account holder;
  • suspend the account, which blocks new generations;
  • terminate the account for serious or repeated violations, without refund of unused credits where permitted by law;
  • report illegal content (in particular child sexual abuse material) to law enforcement and relevant hotlines, and preserve related data as required by law.

5. Repeat offenders

Accounts that repeatedly violate the Acceptable Use Policy are subject to escalating action up to permanent termination. We may also block attempts to evade enforcement, such as creating new accounts after a ban.

6. Appeals

If you believe content was removed or your account was actioned in error, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] within 14 days. We will review the appeal and respond. Reinstatement is at our discretion and subject to applicable law.

7. Contact

Abuse reports, general questions, and appeals: [email protected].
