Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 7 May 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") governs your use of Nexvy (the "Service") — a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered tools for creating, editing, and transforming digital content (images, video, audio, music, and text). It supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
Nexvy is built for lawful, creative, and professional use. To keep the Service safe and compliant with our payment and infrastructure providers, the activities below are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to content removal, suspension, or termination as described in our Content Moderation Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a purchase. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow minors to use it.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring your use complies with the laws that apply to you.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to generate, upload, store, or distribute content that:
- sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors in any way (child sexual abuse material) — we have zero tolerance and report such content to the authorities and relevant hotlines;
- is pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise adult sexual content;
- depicts a real, identifiable person in a sexual, intimate, or compromising manner without consent, including non-consensual intimate imagery;
- impersonates a real person or creates deceptive synthetic media ("deepfakes") of real people — including public figures — to deceive, defraud, defame, or manipulate (for example fake statements, fake endorsements, or election manipulation);
- promotes, incites, or depicts gratuitous violence, gore, self-harm, suicide, or terrorism;
- promotes hatred, harassment, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity;
- facilitates illegal activity or the sale of illegal or regulated goods (such as drugs, weapons, stolen data, or counterfeit items);
- infringes the intellectual-property, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights of others;
- contains malware or is designed to phish, scam, or defraud (including fake documents, fraudulent identities, or payment fraud);
- violates the privacy of others or exposes personal or confidential data without a lawful basis.
3. Prohibited conduct
In addition to the restrictions in Section 5 of the Terms of Service, you may not:
- scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service except as we expressly authorize;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code;
- circumvent rate limits, credit limits, paywalls, security features, or content filters;
- use Outputs to train, develop, or improve any competing AI model or service;
- resell or sublicense access to the Service except as expressly permitted;
- share your account or use the Service to enable a prohibited use by a third party.
4. Responsible AI use
AI-generated output can be inaccurate or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it.
Where the law requires you to disclose that content is AI-generated (for example in advertising, political, or news contexts), you must do so. You must not present AI-generated content as authentic human-created media in a way that is unlawful or deceptive.
5. Enforcement
We may screen, remove, or block content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy. The procedures, your right to report content, and the appeals process are described in our Content Moderation Policy.
